When it comes to trying sport climbs, having good endurance is key.  Without it, the moves climbing bolt to bolt may feel easy, but you’ll quickly find yourself swinging from the end of the rope when you try to link sections together.

As a result, a big part of our Route Climbing Training Program is designed to help you build up both your endurance and your power endurance so that you’ll be clipping chains on even the pumpiest of climbs.  To give you a taste of what the program is all about and to give you a workout you can incorporate into your training, here’s a free workout taken from Week 6 of the Route Climbing Program.

Give it a shot (it will definitely have you getting ruthlessly pumped!) and if you like what you see be sure to check out the full Route Climbing Training Program for yourself!
