I decided I need to focus on doing relaxing things for once in my life, like watching awful reality TV, drawing, and doing yoga. I’ll be back at it soon, but I think we all need a break sometimes.

But we decided to open up the Q&A sessions to everyone, because everyone has great questions about training, and we can all learn from each other.

- As a 5.14 climber, Seth Lytton is well-equipped with tons of training knowledge and hands-on experience with projecting and training for projects.
- As a nutritionist and a 5.13 climber, I (Neely Quinn) know a lot about food and health as they relate to climbing.
