One of the most important parts of training is effectively tracking your progress.  Doing so ensures that you are able to progressively increase the difficulty of your training as you improve.  Progressively increasing the intensity of your training guarantees you are giving your body the necessary stimulus to continue producing results.  Additionally, having the hard data from your training allows you to make informed decisions as you move between sessions and even between training cycles.

Logging your training data in an efficient but still informative way, however, is easier said than done.  To help you do so, we recommend checking out the Training Tracker from Climbing Meta.

This app allows you to easily record all of the results from your fingerboarding, campusing, bouldering, and conditioning routines.  Then best of all, the Training Tracker allows you to evaluate your progress more effectively by letting you turn your raw data in to help graphs and charts.
