Neely Quinn, creator of TrainingBeta, just wrote a great article about specific training tips she has learned from the pros that was published in the latest issue of Climbing Magazine!
The article is called “In Session: Break Through Your Performance Barrier with these Tips from Top Pros” in the “Clinics” section on page 46.
Neely talks about how she has been able to break through her climbing plateau because of what she has learned from the pros…
“Through those interviews and articles, I’ve learned quite a bit, and my climbing has improved because of it. Partly it’s just that I’m motivated to try harder after talking to these super-human types. If there’s one thing they all have in common, it’s that they’re extremely driven and they try HARD, even when they don’t necessarily want to. Even when it hurts to do so.”
She then reveals the top 5 pieces of training wisdom she has learned from the pros, knowledge they are very willing to share.
So grab the latest issue of Climbing Magazine or view the digital edition at www.climbing.com and be sure to read Neely’s article!
