Campus Boarding is an excellent tool for improving explosive power and contact strength in the fingers and arms.

The moonclimbing.com blog has this article about campus boarding that discusses how to set up a campus board, the different types of grips to use, exercises they recommend, and a rough layout of a training plan.

The grips they go over are open handed, half crimp, and full crimp.

The exercises talked about are laddering, touches, doubles and power endurance training. Also included are videos of how to do each exercise.

Remember when campusing to warm-up properly and as they say in this article:

Some exercises are easier than others and work slightly different grips, and types of strength. However, it is worth noting that a campus board is a very physical piece of equipment and there is an element of risk of injury when using one.”
