Adam Ondra is a climber who needs no introduction.  He has established and repeated the world’s hardest climbs on everything from sport routes, to boulders, to the Dawn Wall.

While Adam may seem like a purely natural talent, he has put a truly staggering amount of hard work into his training.  Although none of us can or should try to replicate his exact training programs, we can learn a lot from the basic principles he subscribes to and what he prioritizes.

Lucky for us, Adam Ondra and EpicTV are releasing a series of videos all about Adam’s training.  The first two videos are already out and give you a good mix of motivation and practical advice you can use to adjust your own training habits.

Adam Ondra Training Videos:

Video one of the series focuses on the basics.  Adam tours you around his home gym and describes how he has set it up to facilitate exactly what he wants for his training.  Although you may be surprised by what it looks like…

Video two goes deeper into the core of Adam’s training: bouldering.  It also features international competitor Martin Stranik so you get to watch both of these climbing super stars trying their hardest while the session together on each other boulders.  While the footage will certainly get you motivated to try hard, make sure you don’t miss the two athletes advice on how maximize the effectiveness of your bouldering sessions.

Watch the video’s above, but be sure to click through to check out the full series where future episode showcasing Adam training will be released!
