New Joint Nutrition and Training Program with Neely Quinn and Alex Stiger

Our brand new program, Reach, is an integrated nutrition and training/climbing program hosted by Alex Stiger and me. We’re really excited to get started on our first ever joint program, and we’d love to have you join us!

Here’s a little more about the program:

  • What: 4-week climbing training program + 4-week nutrition program and one-on-one support throughout
  • When: Starts August 8th
  • Why: Alex and I are in our own training cycles right now and we want you to join us!
  • Cost: $425 normally (2 and 3-month payments are available)
  • Who: Hosted by Alex and me, and you’ll be able to chat with group members on Slack

In the episode, Coach Alex and I answer questions from the TrainingBeta community about nutrition and training. We asked people on Instagram, email, and Facebook what they wanted to know about, and we answered as many questions as we could in an hour.

Alex is a Certified Personal Trainer, a Performance Climbing Coach, and a 5.13+ climber. She is a coach for TrainingBeta and for Movement in Boulder. She’s been training and coaching individuals and teams for over 7 years.

I (Neely Quinn) am your host (more about that in a sec) and I’m a Certified Integrative Clinical Nutrition Therapist who’s been working exclusively with climbers since 2013.
