What does the ideal climber’s diet look like?

Well, that’s a hard one. The thing is that everyone’s body is different. Like, really different…

Q. How long will the classes be?

Q. I’m Vegan/Vegetarian, will I still be able to use one of these classes to figure out how to get the right amount of protein and calories so that I can climb harder?

A. Definitely. Those are the big challenges with being a vegan/vegetarian climber…

But they are included inside the “Optimizing a Plant-Based Diet” class. All of the classes are applicable to you, so if you’re looking to lose fat you’ll find more info on that in the Healthy Weight Management class.

 

Q. I’ve taken Neely’s live nutrition classes before. Is this the same content?

A. Yes, these include the same content taught in the live classes. These are available if you’d like self-paced online nutrition classes that you can go back to whenever you want.

 

Q. I’ve never tracked my food before and don’t know how to or if I even have time to. Can I still do this?

Spending time training and then tracking your food can seem pretty time intensive…
