Neely Quinn on The Power Company Podcast

I (Neely) recently taught nutrition at a climbing training seminar in Lander with Steve Bechtel, and Kris Hampton of The Power Company was one of the participants of the seminar. After the seminar, he kindly asked to interview me for his podcast recapping my talk on nutrition for climbers.

It was super fun for me to be on his podcast and have the tables turned for an interview! We joked about having a podcast duel episode where we both just asked each other questions and didn’t give any answers, but we ended up having a serious and informative chat about food and climbing. We’ve known each other for a handful of years now and he’s contributed to TrainingBeta’s lineup of training programs with his 8-Week Endurance Program, and he’s been on my podcast so this was a great addition to our collaborations.

Even though this isn’t an episode of The TrainingBeta Podcast, I figured I’d share it with you anyway.
