Here at TrainingBeta, we love searching for and sharing all of the articles and training information we post about on the blog with you.  Gathering useful training information together in one place was one of the main goals for TrainingBeta when we set out.  However, we’ve posted a lot of articles and unless you’ve been following along religiously from day one chances are you missed something on the site.

For any TrainingBeta newcomers or for any of you interested, we thought we’d compile a list of the top ten pages on the site.  Our thinking with this list was that it would give you an idea of the pages, articles, and training programs that everyone else has found most interesting and helpful.  Think of it as our self created cliff notes to the site.

Anyway, here’s the list:

Top Ten Pages on TrainingBeta:

  1. TrainingBeta Podcast
  2. Mark and Mike Anderson’s Guide to Hangboard Training
  3. Bouldering Strength and Power Program
  4. Foods That Strengthen Your Tendons and Ligaments- ClimbHealthy
  5. How to Lose Weight for Climbing
  6. Update: 1 Month After Shoulder Surgery
  7. Route Climbing Training Program
  8. Jonathan Siegrist: Review of 3 Hangboards
  9. Why the Daniel Woods 4×4 is Not a 4×4
  10. How To Warm Up For A Bouldering Session

We’re going to be honest.  Some of these surprised us but the stats don’t lie.  Regardless, we hope you find something in this list that you haven’t seen before and learn something new about training or climbing from it.  If not, we are excited to get back to find new and interesting content for you.

Good luck with your training and remember to train hard, but also train smart.
