What is Lead Now?

Lead Now is a global tour to inspire people through rock climbing.  With a one month deadline in each country, professional rock climber Paige Claassen pushes women’s climbing standards around the globe to inspire people of all cultures to lead a life of adventure. Through CrowdRise the Lead Now team raises money to enable women and children to sustain their own communities while solving diverse social problems. Each month, Lead Now reveals the next month’s location and releases a video episode of the past month’s adventure of culture, climbing, and community.

Who is Paige Claassen?

Paige Claassen, a 22 year old professional rock climber and University of Colorado marketing graduate, began climbing at the age of 9. She quickly progressed through the ranks of competition climbing, winning such titles as National Champion and Continental Champion, and performing well internationally in the World Cup circuit and World Championships. Paige now spends her time pushing the limits of women’s sport climbing throughout the world, with such ascents as Grand Ol’ Oprey (5.14c) and Motley Crux (5.14a). Paige seeks to expand her diverse portfolio of achievements while simultaneously contributing to the lives of others by exploring and learning from unique cultures.

Who is Louder Than Eleven?

Louder Than Eleven is a vertically integrated production house specializing in alluring visual media released on urbane online platforms.  Their mission is to pioneer free web media that exudes a progressive style enticing to all followers. LT11 seeks to capture Paige’s emotional adventure through an all-inclusive portrayal of her inspiring successes and failures. Through a variety of media platforms, LT11 will reveal Paige’s epic quest to a world seeking a tale of passion and empowering perseverance.

Who is Jon Glassberg?

Jon Glassberg is producer and director of photography for Lead Now and co-owner of Louder Than Eleven.  Jon will travel with Paige to document the entirety of her journey around the world.  Jon has been a climber his whole life and finds inspiration for film through traveling, diversity of culture, and adventure.
